PREAMBLE<\/h6>

These general terms and conditions of sale are entered into between AJNET, S.A<\/strong>, with its registered office at Zona Industrial da Maia I, Sector I, Rua de Raimundo Dur\u00e3es Magalh\u00e3es, 203 | 4475-189 Maia, Portugal, taxpayer number 504 592 033, contact \u2013 info@presshops.com<\/a>, hereinafter referred to as \u201cAJNET, S.A\u201d<\/strong>, and any persons wishing to make purchases through the website https:\/\/presshops.com<\/a>, hereinafter referred to as the \u201cUser\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>

The parties agree that purchases made through the website https:\/\/presshops.com<\/a> shall be governed exclusively by these Terms and Conditions, to the exclusion of any other conditions previously available on the website.<\/p>

ARTICLE 1 \u2013 OBJECT<\/h6>

These general terms and conditions of sale are intended to define and make available to the User all necessary information regarding ordering, sale, payment, and provision of services carried out through the website https:\/\/presshops.com<\/a>.<\/p>

These conditions govern all steps necessary to complete the purchase and ensure the monitoring of the service provision to the User.<\/p>

ARTICLE 2 \u2013 ORDER<\/h6>

The User places an order by completing the purchase process presented on the website https:\/\/presshops.com<\/a>, adding the product(s) or service(s) they wish to order to the shopping cart.<\/p>

To submit an order, the User must:<\/p>

a) Register on the website https:\/\/presshops.com<\/a> by providing the requested information;
b) Log in by providing a combination of email address and password chosen at the time of registration;
c) Complete the information and select the options made available during the checkout process (delivery and billing address, shipping method, payment method, as well as the taxpayer number and name to appear on the invoice for tax purposes).<\/p>

The final confirmation of the order by the User constitutes full and complete acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products\/services available for sale, as well as of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which shall be the only terms applicable to the contract thus concluded.<\/p>

AJNET, S.A shall honor orders received online. In the event that a service is unavailable, the User will be informed as soon as possible.<\/p>

The details shown on the invoice are the sole responsibility of the User. Once the invoice has been issued, it cannot be reissued or amended.<\/p>

Orders are valid for a period of 5 days, unless placed under a promotional campaign that defines a different deadline. Prices, discounts, promotions, and offers cannot be guaranteed beyond this period. If payment is not received by our services within this timeframe, the order cannot be validated. Any amount received after this date will be refunded or applied to a new order.<\/p>

Personalization Liability Clause<\/h3>

Personalization or printing on materials not supplied by our company implies that the client accepts and acknowledges that any risks associated with such materials, including their suitability for the production process, as well as the occurrence of damage, defects, or losses, are the sole responsibility of the client.<\/p>

Our company is expressly exempt from any liability for such occurrences, including the need for testing or the possible shortage of materials during production.<\/p>

Additionally, the verification of the quantities of materials delivered for personalization\/printing, as well as the quantities collected after completion of the service, is entirely the client\u2019s responsibility.<\/p>

ARTICLE 3 \u2013 PAYMENT<\/h6>

On the website https:\/\/presshops.com<\/a>, AJNET, S.A offers the User the following payment methods:<\/p>

a) Credit card (Visa, Mastercard);
b) Multibanco reference;
c) Bank transfer.<\/p>

In the case of payment by credit card, the charge will be made immediately after confirmation of the ability to provide the service. If any of the ordered services cannot be provided, the corresponding amount will be credited back to the User\u2019s card after the order is closed.<\/p>

ARTICLE 4 \u2013 DELIVERY<\/span><\/h6>

The service will be made available after confirmation of the payment made.<\/p>

ARTICLE 5 \u2013 PRICES<\/h6>

Prices are expressed in euros, inclusive of taxes and duties, taking into account the VAT rate in force on the date of payment of the order.<\/p>

Should there be an increase in the price of any service, the User will be informed immediately and may choose to continue with the order (by paying the price difference) or cancel it.<\/p>

ARTICLE 6 \u2013 CANCELLATION AND REFUND<\/h6>

Cancellation or refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis by AJNET, S.A.<\/p>

Requests must be submitted in writing to the email address info@presshops.com<\/a> within 10 days of placing the order. Instructions regarding cancellation or refund of the amount paid will be provided by AJNET, S.A via the same communication channel.<\/p>

Whenever possible, refunds will be made using the same payment method. If this is not possible, the User must provide proof of payment and proof of account or card ownership so that the refund may be processed via bank transfer.<\/p>

AJNET, S.A undertakes to refund the User within a maximum period of 30 days.<\/p>

ARTICLE 7 \u2013 PRIVACY POLICY<\/h6>

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data. The data provided, subject to computer processing, will be included in AJNET, S.A\u2019s database(s) and used for registration purposes, the presentation of other products and services, as well as the dissemination of institutional information by the company.<\/p>
