These general terms and conditions of sale are concluded between AJNET, SA , whose registered office is located at Zona Industrial da Maia I, Sector I, Rua de Raimundo Durães Magalhães, 203 | 4475-189 Maia, Portugal, tax identification number 504 592 033, contact – info@presshops.com , hereinafter referred to as “AJNET, SA” , and any person wishing to make purchases via the website https://presshops.com , hereinafter referred to as “the User” .

The parties agree that purchases made via the website https://presshops.com are governed exclusively by this contract, to the exclusion of any other conditions that may be available on the website.

ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE

The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale is to define and make available to the User all the necessary information relating to the terms of ordering, sale, payment and provision of services carried out on the website https://presshops.com .

These conditions govern all the steps necessary to complete the purchase and guarantee the monitoring of the service provided to the User.

ARTICLE 2 – ORDER

The User validates their order by completing the purchase process presented on the website https://presshops.com , by adding to the cart the product(s) or service(s) they wish to order.

To place an order, the User must:

a) Register on the website https://presshops.com by providing the information requested for this purpose;
b) Log in (« login ») using a combination of email address and password chosen during registration;
c) Complete the information and choose the options offered throughout the order completion process (delivery and billing address, shipping method, payment method, as well as the taxpayer number (NIF) and the name to be included on the invoice for tax purposes).

The final confirmation of the order by the User constitutes full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products/services offered for sale, as well as these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which are the only terms applicable to the contract thus concluded.

AJNET, SA will honor orders received online. In the event of service unavailability, the User will be informed as soon as possible.

The information on the invoice is the sole responsibility of the User. Once the invoice has been issued, no changes can be made.

Orders are valid for 5 days, unless placed as part of a promotional campaign with a different timeframe. After this period, prices, discounts, promotions, and offers cannot be guaranteed. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the order cannot be processed. Any amount received after this date will be refunded or credited towards a new order.

Disclaimer regarding personalization

Customizing or printing on media not supplied by our company implies that the customer accepts and acknowledges that all risks associated with these media, including their suitability for the process, any damage, defects or losses, are exclusively their responsibility.

Our company is expressly released from all liability in this respect, including with regard to the need for testing or any possible inadequacy of materials during production.

Furthermore, verifying the quantities of material delivered for personalization/printing, as well as the quantities collected after completion of the service, is the sole responsibility of the customer.

ARTICLE 3 – PAYMENT

On the website https://presshops.com , AJNET, SA offers the User the following payment methods:

a) Credit card (Visa, Mastercard);
b) Multibanco reference;
c) Bank transfer.

For credit card payments, the charge will be processed immediately upon confirmation that the service can be provided. If any of the ordered services cannot be provided, the corresponding amount will be refunded to the User’s card after the order is closed.

ARTICLE 4 – LIVRAISON

The service will be made available after confirmation of payment.

ARTICLE 5 – PRICE

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of taxes and duties, taking into account the VAT rate in effect on the date of payment of the order.

In the event of an increase in the price of a service, the User will be informed immediately and may choose either to continue their order (paying the difference), or to cancel it.

ARTICLE 6 – CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Cancellation or refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis by AJNET, SA

All requests must be submitted in writing to info@presshops.com within 10 days of placing the order. Instructions regarding cancellation or refunds will be communicated by AJNET, SA via the same email address .

Where possible, the refund will be issued via the same payment method. If this is not possible, the User must provide proof of payment and proof of account or card ownership in order for the refund to be issued via bank transfer.

AJNET, SA undertakes to make the refund within a maximum period of 30 days.

ARTICLE 7 – PRIVACY POLICY

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with current legislation on the protection of personal data. The data provided, which is subject to computer processing, will be integrated into the database(s) of AJNET, SA and intended for registration, the presentation of other products and services, as well as the dissemination of institutional information about the company.

Providing this data is optional, and the right to access, rectify, and delete personal data is guaranteed in accordance with the law. This right can be exercised in person or in writing, directly to the address indicated on the website’s homepage.
